The hotel's newly opened check-in counter at the baggage claim area in the airport's International Arrivals Hall now adds another superb convenience when staying at Pan Pacific. While waiting for your luggage to arrive, the hotel’s airport staff will check you in, saving you more time. Please note that this facility is not available to Domestic Arrivals.

Note: If you arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport via the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), please be aware that the terminal is about 18 km from the hotel and we currently do not provide any transport services between the LCCT and the hotel. However, you may catch a taxi or shuttle bus that operates between the LCCT and the KLIA Main Terminal Building.

For travel within Kuala Lumpur, limousines and taxis are available from the hotel. The more adventurous may choose to travel by bus or the newly developed Express Rail Link (ERL).
From Kuala Lumpur International Airport:
The hotel is directly accessible by foot (5 minutes) using the sky-bridge. As you exit the Arrivals Hall gate (after Customs and Immigration), turn right and follow the overhead signs for Pan Pacific Hotel.
Limousine pick-up from the airport is available on request. Please enquire when booking.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
