The hotel processes visas for guests. A clear passport copy (first+last page) of the guest should be submitted 1 week ahead from the expected arrival date in Dubai. We charge AED 400 per passport. If the visa is not approved by the Immigration there will be no refund for the AED 400 charged. We require a credit card pre-authorization guarantee of AED 6000 p.p. to be held by the hotel until the guest departs and sends the exit stamp copy to us.

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
