Hotel Features. Six on-site restaurants and bars include Chez Binni, an open-air, fine-dining establishment that prepares Mexican cuisine, seafood dishes and vegetarian selections. Tempting choices at Azul Profudo include seafood bisque with mezcal, and beef tenderloin with Roquefort and chipotle-honey glaze. Beachfront bars offer late hours and scenic settings.
