ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:The comfortable and beautifully furnished apartments are spaciously laid out and boast a marvellous view. Each consists of a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, one to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with either shower or bath tub, a guest toilet as well as a balcony or terrace. Apartments with bidet are subject to availability.
NEARBY THE HOTELThe public pool and Ellmau Golf Course are only metres from the hotel. Ski down the nearby ski runs or attend skiing lessons. Numerous cross country tracks and hiking paths are close by.

motorway until exit Kufstein-Süd.
- Continue until Ellmau.
- Coming from Vienna, follow the freeway in the direction of Salzburg.

FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
