For more than 85 years - since 1919 - and 3 generations the members of the Pfeifer family have been attending to the needs and wishes of the Kirchenwirt's guests.
The oldest document mentioning the Kirchenwirt dates back to the year 1695.
FOOD AND RESTAURANTS:The hotel restaurant, which has always been a popular meeting place, is furnished in the typical Austrian country style and is well known for its wide range of seasonal specialities of the regional and international cuisines.
If weather permits, you can enjoy the culinary specialities under the shaded chestnut trees at the garden terrace, which offers a breathtaking view over the city.
An extensive wine list offers a choice of some 3,500 bottles from the cellar. With wines from Styria and all major international wine countries, it is a rich source for admirers of outstanding wines at affordable rates.
Since 1997 the restaurant has held the Award of Excellence by the Wine Spectator.
It is open daily except Sunday evenings from 11:30 to 22:00.

Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
