OTHER HOTEL INFORMATION::Reduced parking tickets for the Kärtnerstrasse public garage near the State Opera are available at the hotel. At your departure the fee of the pulled parking tickets will be booked on the hotel park card and then you are able to drive out of the garage. (If you stay longer than the card is valid, you have to pay the difference directly at the garage).
Please note that during 2009 there will be extensive construction works along Kärtnerstrasse (including side streets), Graben and St. Stephen's Square during the day from Monday to Friday (not on weekends and public holidays). Noise disturbances may occur.

Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.

The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy.
