Our newly built Hotel-Pension is located directly in the heart of Vienna. You reach all the famous monuments, restaurants, shops, etc... in only a few walking minutes. Just contact us, if there is need for shuttle-transfer, sightseeing-tours, opera-ticket-reservation.

DRIVING DIRECTIONSArriving at Westbahnhof (west train station): Take tram number 5 to the station called Laudongasse. As soon as you get off there, you will be able to see our hotel sign.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
How to reserve
Hotel Pension Arpi
Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
Security and privacy
The details of your credit card are sent over a cripted and certified SSl protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through us, in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested, or with your explicit consent.
