DRIVING DIRECTIONSBy Air:
- The hotel offers a shuttle bus running to and from the airport at the following times:
- 06:05 to 09:45 and 17:05 to 22:45 on weekdays.
- 07:05 to 10:25 and 17:05 to 22:45 on weekends and public holidays.
Alternatively, trains for Quevy depart from the airport every hour and call at Diegem station, which is opposite the hotel. They take 8 minutes to reach Diegem.
By Train:
- Trains for Louvain can be boarded from the majority of Brussels stations and call at Diegem station.
- They leave every 20-30 minutes and take 20 minutes to reach Diegem.
- Not all trains for Louvain stop at Diegem however, so be sure to check before boarding.
By Car (from the A201 ring-road south):
- Enter the A201 and follow the signs for Gent.
- Take the 2nd exit (exit 4) and follow signs for Vilvoorde (2nd lane from right).
- Drive under the bridge and keep to the left lane.
- Turn left at the first opportunity (follow signs for Diegem-industrie or Diegem Zuid.
- Look for a large Jupiter sign in front of a building on your right.
- After this building, turn right and drive under the bridge.
- Turn left after the bridge onto De Kleetlaan.
- The hotel is the 1st building on your right.
Directions from the A201 ring-road north:
- Take the 1st exit (follow signs for Brussels and Evere.
- At this exit, take the right lane again.
- Continue on the 4-lane motorway (A201/ N22) and take the 1st exit.
- Follow the signs for exit 2 Diegem-industrie and then Diegem Zuid/Kantorenzone 2.
- At the traffic lights at the end of the exit, turn right towards Bessenveld/De Kleet.
- At the 1st roundabout continue straight ahead.
- At the 2nd roundabout, turn right onto Jan Emiel Mommaertslaan.
- Keep to the right. Just before the railway bridge, take the first right onto De Kleetlaan.
- The hotel is the 1st building on your right.

Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
