Group Bookings:
Your booking will be considered a group booking if includes 20 or more people. Once you have booked your rooms you will need to contact The Generator via email or telephone to confirm the exact age of your party (groups under 18 years of age are not accepted). You will also need to pay the entire cost of the reservation at least 1 month before arrival. Late payment will result in the rooms being re-sold by The Generator.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:The hostel has over 800 beds, which includes shared and private rooms. The rooms are all single bunk beds and the bathrooms are shared facilities located on each floor. Bed linen is included.
The rooms are all dormitory style rooms with the smallest room having 2 bed and the largest having 8 beds. They are all bunk beds with a wash basin in each room and a locker provided for each bed.
DRIVING DIRECTIONSBy public transport: Take the Piccadilly Line Underground to Russell Square. From there cross over the road onto Marchmont Street, walk to the traffic lights and turn right onto Tavistock Place. At number 37 Tavistock Place turn down into Compton Place - the Generator is at the end. You can also walk to us from King's Cross and Euston stations. FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 18 years are welcome.

How to reserve
The Generator London
Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.

The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service.
