DRIVING DIRECTIONSBy Car (from the A6 motorway Heilbronn - Nürnberg):
- Take exit number 52 AS Ansbach.
- Take B13 in the direction of Ansbach then crossing to B14.
- Turn right in the direction of Nürnberg; after 50 metres (at McDonald's) at the traffic lights turn left into Nürnberger Straße.
From the A6 motorway Nürnberg - Heilbronn:
- Take exit number 53 Lichtenau/Ansbach.
- Drive in the direction of Ansbach to the crossing of the B14.
- Follow above directions.
From Nürnberg via the B14:
- 300 metres after having the passed the town’s gate at the traffic light next to McDonald's, turn right.
New exit due to building works:
On the A6 coming from Nürnberger AS Lichtenau/AN-Mitte (number 53) to B13/14:
- Turn left onto Residenzstraße towards Tagunszentrum for about 300 metres.
- At the castle turn right onto Schloßstr and after 30 metres turn right onto Nürnberger Street.
On the A6 coming from Heilbronn:
- Take AS Ansbach (number 52) B13 onto B14 and then Residenzstr.
- Follow directions as above.
From Würzbg:
- Take the B14 to the castle (Schloß), turn left onto Schloßstr and right onto Nürnberger Street.
- Coming from Nürnberg B14 turn right at McDonald’s.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

How to reserve

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
