NEARBY THE HOTELThe apartments are located in the centre of Berlin. The city’s major attractions can be reached on foot with ease. The impressive Friedrichstraße, the splendid Unter den Linden boulevard, the Brandenburg Gate, the new Pariser Platz and the government buildings in the centre of Berlin are all within walking distance.
The new Axel-Springer-Passage is also nearby and offers an array of shops, a conference centre and many excellent restaurants.
The apartments also have excellent public transport links for exploring Berlin and the surrounding area. The U2 underground line lies just outside the entrance to Wallstraße 14, while the U2 and U6 underground lines are just a few metres from Checkpoint Plaza. The main bus stations and S-Bahn stations can be reached very quickly via the underground.
DRIVING DIRECTIONSBy Car:
- Get on the A103 heading north-east.
- Turn left onto the B1/ Dominicusstrasse and keep left.
- At the 1st big intersection, turn right onto Hauptstrasse.
- Keep on this street as it changes to Potsdamer Str and then to Leipziger Str.
- You will pass the Sony Centre and Wilhelmstr.
- After you cross Friedrichstr, you want to turn right onto Charlottenstraße. The apartment is located at Charlottenstrasse 75.
From Schoenefeld Airport:
Take either the regional train heading to Nauen and transfer at Alexanderplatz to the M48 bus and get off at Stadtmitte/Leipzigerstr or the S-Bahn heading to Spandau and transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Mariendorf and get off at Stadtmitte. The Charlottenstr is located to the east of Friedrichstr along Leipziger Str (away from Potsdamerplatz) for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Charlottenstr and walk south until Charlottenstrasse 75.
From Tegel Airport:
Get on the bus 128 heading towards Osloerstr. Transfer at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz to the U6 heading towards Alt-Mariendorf. Get off the train at Stadtmitte and walk east along Leipziger Str for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Charlottenstr and walk south until Charlottenstrasse 75.
From Hauptbahnhof (Central Station):
Take any of the S-bahns heading east from this train station. Transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Mariendorf. Get off the train at Stadtmitte and walk east along Leipziger Str for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Charlottenstr and walk south until Charlottenstrasse 75.

FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
