Hotel Konferencia was built in 1983, to meet the increasing demand of business tourism of Győr.
We have 9 suits and 12 double rooms in our offer, two meeting rooms (each for 15-20 persons), two conference rooms (each for 50-80 persons), and a unique ball-room (for 150 persons), available for trainings, seminars, meetings, and weddings. For recreational purposes, we recommend our covered swimming pool, sauna, next to our verdant garden.
FOOD AND RESTAURANTS:Our chéfs offer a wide variety of international and Hungarian specialities for the meetings and conferences. We also have local wine specialities in our offer. No a ‘la carte restaurant! The breakfast (hot+cold buffet) is included in the price of the room.

NEARBY THE HOTELOur location offers a quiet and historical milieu, while after a 5 minute walk you can enter the milling crowd of the city (shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs, bars, casino). To visit the recently built Spa, it takes 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes on foot. The nearby National Theatre, with the traditional Ballet of Győr offers unique cultural experiences.
DRIVING DIRECTIONSIn the heart of the baroque quarter of Győr (M1 –E60 motorway), next to the cathedral, 50m from the main street, 100m from the Danube. Near to the highway, near to the train station (500 m).
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

How to reserve

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.

The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service.
