DRIVING TO THE HOTEL::
As the hotel is in a fairly isolated location, the best way to reach it is by hire car or taxi, although taxis in Iceland can be very expensive. The area around the hotel is best explored on foot or by bike, horse or hire car.
Driving directions: From the airport take Road 41 to Reykjavik. Then take Road One to Selfoss, take Road 36 for approximately eight kilometres, then turn left to Road 360. The hotel is located by road 360, west of Lake Thingvallavatn.
