The apartment is located on the sixth floor of an elegant and modern building (with elevator/lift) from which you'll enjoy a marvellous view of the
Vatican Gardens. Our house has recently been renovated in order to offer you a modern and comfortable B&B for your "Roman Holidays".
It offers you three spacious and bright double rooms furnished with air-conditioning and TV with the possibility to add a third bed . All the rooms are tastefully furnished with regard to details. In order to respect your privacy needs in a comfortable and friendly environment, we equipped the rooms with everything you may need.
Two rooms have private bathrooms. Outside the rooms there is a modern shared bathroom that can be used for the third room.
In the morning Italian breakfast will be served in our spacious living room or, if you prefer, in the comfort of your room.
In addition to this you can also take advantage of our elegant living room, equipped with satellite TV, where you can read, linger and organize your Roman Holiday in a relaxing atmosphere.
Just around the corner you will find banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, Italian pizza houses and whatever you may need during your stay.
