When you arrive, our staff will offer you a map of the city, and other kind of information about the tours which you will also find some useful information about the neighbouring restaurants where you will pass pleasant evenings. Furthermore, we will provide any kind of information for you to have a better stay in Rome. The keys will be delivered to ours guests at the moment of the exit from the hotel, to avoid losses. Our guests will enter the hotel and leave when they want because the hotel has assistance 24 hours a day.
Check-Out: The rooms will have to be left at the moment of the departure before 11.00 a.m. to allow the staff its cleaning. But, is possible to leave the luggage at the reception, we will provide to control it.
