The Viale Regina Margherita Residence is delicious and located in a peaceful and quiet area very close to the Historical center and a few metres away from the University
La Sapienza.
In the Residence there are different kinds of rooms, from small one-bedroom studio flat to larger room that accomodate up to four people.
The rooms are bright and quiet and they are completly restored and equipped with every modern comfort: refrigerator, tv, heating, private bathroom and a furnished kitchen.
For your comfort we have ensured that our apartments have been finely decorated and furnished to create an ideal and homely environment.
Staying at one of our rooms means that you can retain your privacy, which is often missing when staying at a hotel. You will also receive your own key, so that you can come and go as you wish and be completely autonomous.
All the rooms are quiet and very bright. Each room is a mini apartment and has everything you may need: a little but well equipped kitchen, private bedroom and a confortable bathroom.
The historic city centre can easily be reached using bus service or subway station.

Viale Regina Margherita Residences are easily reachable via most major routes into the city.
Also, for those who may be driving, the A24 motorway-highway is less than a 5-minute drive away. This major thoroughfare can take you directly to the GRA (Rome’s main ring road) or even as far as the Adriatic Coast.

Ciampino (CPO) Airport - You can take a bus to Anagnina Metro Station and from there take the metro, line A (direction Battistini) and change at Termini Station for line B (direction Rebibbia). Get off at the 4th station (Tiburtina), take bus route 71 (direction S. Silvestro) for 2 stops (Tiburtina/Valerio Massimo) and the apartments are just a short walk away.
Fiumicino/Leonardo Da Vinci (FCO) Airport - We recommend that you take the regional train (direction Fara Sabina) rather than the shuttle service which is more expensive and will only take you as far as Termini Train Station. The regional train will take you to Tiburtina Station in just over 40minutes. Please see above to find out how to get to the apartments from there.

By metro - From the train stations metro station, take line B (direction Rebibbia) for 4 stations and get off at
Tiburtina.
From here, take bus route 71 (direction S. Silvestro) for 2 stops, get off at
Tiburtina/Valerio Massimo and the apartments are just a short walk away.
By bus - In order to reach the apartments by bus, walk to the main bus depot at
Piazza dei Cinquecento (the main square outside the station) and take bus route 649 (direction
Stazione Tiburtina (MB)) for 14 stops. Get off the
Tiburtina/Valerio Massimo and the apartments are a short walk away.
