The club card covers use of the tennis courts, mini and junior club and animation, weekly aqua fitness in the swimming pool and the communal barbecue.
For mountain bikers there is a workshop and equipment for bike washing. Mechanics, physiotherapists and masseurs are available on request, as well as free guided sightseeing tours.
For families travelling with babies, special beds and mosquito nets, changing tables and other baby equipments are available. Babysitters are provided on request.
FOOD AND RESTAURANTS:The restaurant of the residence offers one regional kitchen with specialty of seafood. The management of 25 years is guarantee of good taste and quality of the food. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable.
For total relaxation, it is possible to order warm meals to eat in the apartment, even if you still are in your swimsuit right after having enjoyed the swimming pool!

OTHER HOTEL INFORMATION::Additional Costs:
A compulsory club card costs EUR 18 per person, with arrivals from the 7th of June to the 31st of August. This excludes children under 4 years old and for stays for less than 5 nights. The card includes the baby and junior club and animation from the 7th of June to the 6th of September, tennis, ping pong and barbecue.
Cool air is not included; there is a meter in the apartment which costs EUR 0.50 per hour. This is only in the apartments; in the rooms it is free.
Final cleanings are optional, only in the apartments not in the rooms. The apartment must be left clean, otherwise the hotel will charge up to EUR 75.
A security deposit of EUR 150 is required for apartments, not for rooms. It will be repaid if there are no damages.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:There are 43 units in the building, all on the ground floor. The apartments consist of one room for 3 people, 2 rooms for 2 to 6 people and 3 rooms for 7 people. The bedrooms are either singles or doubles. It is possible to include hotel services in the apartments to create a "formula hotel".
The 2-room apartment houses a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with 2 sofa beds, a private garden with a table, chairs, beach chairs and a sun umbrella. In the living room there is a cooking corner. The one-room apartment doe not include a bedroom.
The rent of the apartment includes water, gas, electricity, heating, free use of the swimming pool and deckchairs, weekly change of bed linen and towels, indoor parking and free use of the bicycle workshop and warehouse. The rates do not include phone bills, air conditioning, extra cleaning service and extra bed linen and towel changes, videotapes and DVD’s, tennis equipment and transfers from/to the harbour/beach. Final cleaning is on request.
NEARBY THE HOTELThe complex is located in the middle of a plain connecting the northern and the southern parts of the islands in its narrowest point. By car in a few minutes you can reach the most charming beaches of the island. In the southern part are the gulfs of Marina di Campo, Cavoli and Fetovaia, in the northern part the gulfs of Marciana, Procchio and La Biodola. These beaches benefit from accurate maintenance; they are partly public and partly bath establishments, partly sandy and partly with rocks and very interesting depths. We offer to our guests a special discount for Tropical, the nearby bath establishment.
Trekking and picturesque routes are easily reachable, thanks to the property’s central situation. Pubs, discos, piano bars and restaurants are nearby within a few km.
Elba is the largest island in the Tuscan Archipelago, the third largest in Italy and the nearest to continental Europe. Being 5 miles close to the coast of Tuscany, it comprises of 100 m² and a spectacular 70 mile long coastline, while the asphalt road network consists of 120 miles. The winter population is divided into 8 small town councils as Elba still boasts many wild natural areas.
A boat ride will take you to secluded bays where you can dive into the crystal clear sea. Elba is small, but not too small to be well organised for all your holiday needs. Its uncontaminated landscape forms part of the national park of the Tuscan archipelago and its sea is part of the biggest marine park in Europe.
DRIVING DIRECTIONSDisembarked at Portoferraio follow the indication " for all the directions " or, in alternative " airport ". Follow these indications until exiting from the country. Once escapes to follow the indications for Marina di Campo, or airport, until catching up and exceeding Procchio. 3 km after to have left Procchio, always in direction of Marina di Campo, on the left of the provincial street you can see the lighting up writing, much large one and of blue color of AVIOTEL. To that point you have arrived, feed the street for the airport and, after 20 mt., the large square of the reception is caught up.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
