DRIVING DIRECTIONSArrival by plane:
The stop for the shuttle bus from Venice airport and Treviso airport is in Piazza XXVII Ottobre (known as Piazza Barche) just 250 metres from the hotel. Pass behind the shopping centre Le Barche into Piazzetta Coin. Then keep to the left and go onto Calle del Sale. La Residenza is at number 33a.
Arrival by train from Mestre railway station:
Numerous buses pass near the hotel: number 9, Via Poerio stop (5 minutes on foot from the hotel); number 31 and 32, Piazza XXVII Ottobre stop (known as Piazza Barche) is just 250 meters from the hotel; the number 2 bus stops 500 metres away.
By car from the motorway:
- Pass the tollbooth, continue on Mestre's ring road and exit for Castellana. - Proceed towards Mestre Centro and cross the overpass.
- At the 5th set of traffic lights turn right onto Via Sansovino.
- At the 2nd traffic lights turn right again onto Via Forte Marghera.
- Continue straight on until you come to the Le Barche shopping centre. Immediately before the centre take the street to the right which runs alongside the building, then turn left (into a limited traffic area: if stopped by a traffic officer, simply inform the officer that you are staying at La Residenza, you will have access to the garage which has an arrangement with the B&B La Residenza).
- Cross Piazzetta Coin and take Via Lazzari to Calle del Sale. La Residenza is at number 33a.

Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
