NEARBY THE HOTELSet in the heart of Glasgow's fashionable West End, surrounded by numerous bars, shops and bistros. Only a 5 minute walk from the tube station and bus stops. These apartments are situated only one mile from the city centre.
DRIVING DIRECTIONSThere is a shuttle bus that runs from the airport to the city centre, Buchannan Bus Station, Central and Queen Street Train Stations (around 2 miles away).
From any of the above, take the underground to Hillhead stop. From here:
- Walk out of the exit and turn right onto Byres Road.
- Continue till end and over the crossroads onto Queen Margaret Drive, beside the Botanical Gardens.
- Cross over a bridge and take the 1st left onto Kelvin Drive, where you will find the hotel.
By car from the M8:
- Take exit 18 signed St. Georges Cross.
- Stay in right hand lane and take the first right, signed "Glasgow University".
- Follow the semi-roundabout around and continue straight through the traffic lights onto St. Georges Road.
- Continue and turn left before the bridge and traffic lights, signed "Hillhead", continuing onto Great Western Road.
- Continue for around a mile until traffic lights and cross roads.
- Turn right onto Queen Margaret Drive and continue as above.
The Embassy Apartments have a free private car park situated at the rear of the building.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

How to reserve

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
