Whether booking a table at a restaurant or providing local information, the team will do their utmost to ensure that your stay is a memorable one. Private roof top terraces are also available with selected suites. Each terrace is equipped with a further dining area allowing guests to take advantage of the good weather and dine or indeed breakfast al-fresco.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
The Spires provide guests with much more than a hotel bedroom: each suite is comprised of an open plan lounge/dining area with fully fitted luxury kitchen, bathroom with shower, bath and bedroom. In addition to this, all two bedroom suites have en-suite facilities to the master bedroom and an additional robust, yet extremely comfortable double sofa bed is available within our deluxe suites enabling them to sleep 6 adults.

FREE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 3.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 6.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The Spires Serviced Suites

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.

No charge on your credit card

Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.

Free Cancellation

The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.

Security and privacy

The details of your credit card are sent over a cripted and certified SSl protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through us, in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested, or with your explicit consent.
