NEARBY THE HOTELThis idyllic mountain village at the foot of the Matterhorn has developed into one of the biggest summer and winter resorts. There are no motorised vehicles in Zermatt. Besides electrically-powered cars and bicycles, the only form of transport allowed is horse-drawn sleighs and carriages.

DRIVING DIRECTIONSArrival by train
There are direct train connections in Brig and Visp to the modern narrow-gauge Matterhorn Gotthard railway, which arrives in Zermatt after a 90-minute journey through the romantic, rugged Vispa Valley.
Please let us know your arrival time and our porter will pick you up with his electric car at the train station of Zermatt.

From Täsch starts the car free area, you have two possiblities:
Possibility I
You park your car at Parking (indoor and outdoor parking places) and the taxi driver of this garage will bring you to Zermatt village entrance, where our porter will collect you with the electric car.
Possibility II
Park your car at the public parking facility (outdoor parking places only) and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. Phone us from Zermatt station (from the hotel information board, free of charge) and our porter will be delighted to collect you by electric car from Zermatt station.

Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
