DRIVING DIRECTIONSZermatt - the village without cars
This idyllic mountain village at the foot of the Matterhorn has developed into one of the biggest summer and winter resorts.
There are no motorized vehicles in Zermatt. Besides electrically-powered cars and bicycles, the only form of transport allowed is horse-drawn sleighs and carriages.
You will find the best conditions here for a restful and relaxing holiday.
Location: Zermatt is located at the foot of the Matterhorn in the Valais Alps in the south of Switzerland at an altitude of 1,600m. above sea-level. The resort lies at the end of the Vispa Valley, which is reached via the town of Visp.
On your arrival in Zermatt we will collect you from the station or the taxi stand in our hotel taxi and drop you off when you leave. Just inform us about your arrival time in advance or call us at your arrival and our porter will collect you within 5 minutes.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
