Having opened in 1897 at a privileged location in the centre of Oerlikon, the Hotel Sternen Oerlikon soon became famous as a popular venue for visitors to the Exhibition Centre "Messe Schweiz" and the Hallenstadion. Since that time, many international companies have settled in Zurich North, taking advantage of the excellent traffic connections to the city of Zurich and Zurich Airport. Suitable for meetings of up to 12 persons. Technical equipment can be supplied upon request, e.g. overhead projector and flip chart. There are six parking spaces directly behind the hotel. The hotel’s own indoor car park accommodates ten cars. The restaurant Sternen Oerlikon is located in the same building as the hotel and is managed as an independent company. Peter Waser, Bruno Pompili and team offer daily a nice selection of Italian dishes for lunch and dinner. For 2007 the Hotel Sternen Oerlikon AG is planning a complete renovation of all hotel rooms.
