Please note, we recently announced a 25 million USD renovation of all 279 one-bedroom suites at Buena Vista Suites. The suite renovation project began on August 3, 2008 at Buena Vista Suites, and we project the completion of the renovations at Buena Vista Suites by the end of October 2008 (subject to change).
RENOVATION FACTS & SCHEDULE: Buena Vista Suites
- Please note: We anticipate little or no effect to overall guest experience at either hotel, as we completed a similar
suite renovation project 4 years ago and had almost no guest service issues at that time.
- Keep in mind that entire floors will be off limits to guests and in many cases, there may be one or two vacant floors
separating the suite renovations and the guests.
- Work will take place 7 days a week at both hotels for the duration of the project.
- Work involving moderate noise (hammering, stapling etc.) will be limited to the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm.
- Work that does not involve noise (painting, laying tile etc.) will take place from 7:00 AM to 11:00PM daily.
- There will be no interruption of the hotel’s services (food & beverage outlets, gift shop, pool etc.).
- One or more floors will be “off limits” to guests during the renovation project.
- Old furniture that is removed from the property will have to pass through some public areas, however, the storage of
old furniture will not be permitted in any public areas of the hotel.
- New furniture will arrive and be delivered directly to the floors where renovations are taking place and where no
guests are located. No storage of new furniture in public areas will be permitted.
- Service elevators will be used to move furniture and equipment in and out of both hotels. These service elevators are
visible to in-house guests, but they cannot be utilized by the guests during the renovation.

From Orlando International Airport: (MCO)
Take 417 South (Central Florida Greeneway) to exit #6. Follow to World Center Drive (do NOT turn right onto International Drive). After the light, we are located on the right side. Tolls will total USD 2.
From I-4 Westbound: (From Daytona Beach, Downtown Orlando, Colonial Drive)
Take exit #68 and turn left onto S.R. 535 (Apopka/Vineland Road). Go to the 3rd light and turn left onto World Center Drive. Buena Vista Suites is the 1st hotel on the left hand side.
From I-4 Eastbound: (Coming from Tampa, Clearwater)
Take exit #67. Follow the signs towards International Drive on the right. Pass two traffic lights. We are the 1st hotel on the left after the second traffic light, which is the intersection of 535 and World Center Drive.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

How to reserve
Buena Vista Suites
Insert the check in and check out dates in the form. The search engine will list you all the available rooms. By clicking on the room's name you will be able to visualize all the details.
Choose the number of room you would like to book and click on the reserve it button. To proceed with the reservation process you will have to fill the reservation forms with your personal data.
Once you have finished with the reservation process You'll receive an automatic confirmation message from the hotel with all the hotel details. You will not receive any further communication from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
No charge on your credit card
Your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
Free Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any additional costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation accommodation, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.

The details of your credit card are sent over a cripted and certified SSl protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service.
